Who is Immunotype for?

Immunotype is for anyone looking to support their immune system with high quality, science-backed ingredients. While Immunotype is especially recommended for when your immune system is compromised, it’s designed to be taken every single day to maintain wellness and avoid moments of immunity weakness all together.

How do I take my Immunotype?

Please take 3 Immunotype pills daily, with water or juice. For maximum convenience, we designed Immunotype to be taken day or night, with or without food.

Is Immunotype vegetarian?

Yes, Immunotype is 100% vegetarian and free of all common allergens including gluten, dairy, and tree nuts.


Is it FDA approved?

There’s a lot of information and confusion surrounding the FDA’s role in the supplement industry. We’re here to set the record straight. The FDA classifies supplements as food, not drugs. Based on this definition, drugs are for treating and curing diseases, and thus are heavily regulated and require FDA approval. Supplements, on the other hand, do not require FDA approval. This is why you’ve likely seen this statement on supplement sites: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.” That said, even though the FDA classifies supplements as food to be used for nutritional purposes only, it still monitors supplement manufacturing and labeling, and regularly inspects companies to ensure that they are meeting guidelines. How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Your Immunotype is shipped automatically to your doorstep once a month so that you never forget to take your vitamins. However, should you need to pause or cancel your subscription, you can always do so in your Portal on our website. Additionally, we send reminder emails 24 hours prior to processing your refill so that you have ample time to adjust if need be.

Can I return my shipment?

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

Nope! To keep your Immunotype experience hassle-free, we made sure your delivery does not require a signature.

Do I have to set up a subscription?

Immunotype runs on a subscription basis for your convenience—it’s hard enough to remember to take your vitamins, so we don’t want you to have to remember to order them, too. That said, you are more than welcome to cancel at any time, and we make it easy to do so—just head to your Account page.

Can I change my delivery date?

How do I update my shipping/billing info?

You can update your info on your Account page at any time—just be sure to update your shipping info before your package ships! We send a reminder email 24 hours before it does to help. :)

When can I expect my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your shipment. Our orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
